The 22nd Annual Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival will be held May 15 – 28, 2013.
Box Office hours on weekdays are 4 PM-Midnight and on weekends 10 AM-Midnight. On May 27 & 28, the Box Office is open one hour before the start of the first scheduled show, and will close promptly at the start of the last show. Orlando Fringe Box offices are located in the lower-lobby of The Lowndes Shakespeare Center, the back lobby of The Orlando REP, the main lobby of Theatre Downtown, and the lobby of The Venue.
A Fringe button is required to enter any Fringe show within any venue for anyone 13 years and older. A Fringe button is not required for children 12 and under. The button costs $9 (cash only) and is a one-time purchase, good for the entire festival. Button proceeds go directly to support the Fringe. Fringe buttons cannot be purchased online. Buttons can be purchased at any of the Fringe Box Offices and various Fringe Merchandise Booths located throughout the Festival.
Each performing group determines their own ticket price. The tickets range from Free – $11. There is a $1.25 ticket surcharge for each ticket purchased online and a $1 ticket surcharge for each ticket purchased at the Fringe Box Office regardless of payment type. 100% of Box Office sales go directly to the artists in the show you purchase tickets for.
Yes. The artists themselves decide if they offer a discount and what kind of discount it is. Discounts apply only when purchasing tickets in person at the Fringe Box Office. Discounts are $2 off the regular ticket price.
There is FREE parking (about 500 spaces) within the Loch Haven Park facilities. It is on a first come, first serve basis. There is a limited amount of free street parking around Loch Haven Park and Ivanhoe Village. Check the Mills 50 area for additional free Fringe parking. You may also try one of the local parking garages which are just a short walk to all of our Loch Haven facilities. No parking can happen on the grass within the park or within the no parking zones. Allow yourself plenty of time to park, get your tickets and get to your venues.
Show ratings are determined by the artists, not The Fringe. Shows are required to list their warnings. No one under 18 will be allowed into a mature show without a parent or legal guardian. Remember, Fringe is uncensored.
Artists determine the length of their shows. Most Fringe shows are 60 minutes long. No show exceeds 90 minutes.
