Perform theatre in an non-traditional space

application

The 31st Annual Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival
takes place May 17-30, 2022.

In addition to Festival Managed theatre performances, Orlando Fringe also provides artists the opportunity to present shows in a Site-Specific format. These are considered to be “found spaces” not in a traditional theatre space. For example: outside underneath a tree, in a van, or someone’s swimming pool!

Artists are responsible for securing their location, technical, and staffing needs.

Applications will open on Monday, January 3, 2022 an NOON EST, and close on Monday, January 17, 2022. A Fringe staff member will reach out to you to talk through your concept to approve.  If accepted the fee is $275 and must be paid within 72 hours of approval.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Associate Producer Tempestt Halstead at [email protected]
