ticket info

Everything you need to know

where do I get a ticket?

Tickets are available both on this website and in-person at the Orlando Fringe Box Offices. In-Person Box Offices are only open during the festival during normal Festival Hours.

The Main Box Office is located in the Lowndes Shakespeare Center with satellite Box Offices at The Orlando REP and Renaissance Theatre Company.

Tickets for shows held at The Abbey, Savoy Orlando, and Stardust Lounge can only be purchased online on this website.

when can I get a ticket?

Advance ticket sales for members of Club Fringe open on this website Monday, April 4.  Advance ticket sales for all other patrons open on this website Tuesday, April 19.

The Main Box Office will be open before the festival starts on Monday, May 16, and Tuesday, May 17 from 12 PM until 4 PM for In-Person Advance Sales. If you need in-person help prior to May 16, please email boxoffice@orlandofringe.org.

Both the Main & Satellite Box Offices will follow normal Festival hours starting Wednesday, May 18, and will open each day one hour before the first performance of that day for In-Person ticket sales.

You may purchase tickets in advance on this website 24hrs a day, 7 days a week starting Tuesday, April 19 through the end of this year’s festival.

how much do tickets cost and how can I pay ?

Ticket prices range from free to $15 and are set by the artists. Artists keep 100% of the base ticket price.

Regardless of when or where you purchase your ticket, there is a ticket fee added to each ticket that goes directly to the ticketing company. Credit cards may be used online, while both cash and credit cards are accepted at the Main & Satellite Box Offices. Also, rounding is cool!

When you purchase your tickets, you have the option to round your total to the nearest dollar and donate that amount to Orlando Fringe.

All donations go directly to Orlando Fringe. Every penny counts so thank you!

can I get a refund if I change my mind?

All ticket sales are final.

No exchanges or refunds are given for any reason other than show cancellation.

This year, if you have purchased a ticket and are experiencing COVID symptoms, contact the box office to discuss your options.

what do I need to enter a show?

You can present either printed or emailed tickets for admission to a performance. Emailed tickets can be added to your Apple Passbook if you have an iPhone.  (Heads up: WIFI inside the building is spotty at best, so please make sure to download your tickets, take a photo of them or print them before you arrive.)

Don’t forget – you ALSO need a Fringe Button to gain entry to the show, not just a ticket!

Buttons are available for purchase or pick up at any festival box office, info table, or BYOV location, and they can be used to see this year’s shows over and over again.

can I buy tickets for more than one show at a time?

Of COURSE!  The more the better!

Also, shows may sell out in advance, so it’s best to purchase your tickets early for any shows you really want to see.

If you have a 10-Pack or 25-Pack, they are redeemable on our website or in the special services line at our Main Box Office.

are there any discounts?

Discounts are offered at the discretion of the performer and Orlando Fringe does not control the cost of the ticket or the discounts offered.

Read the individual show description for a list of which discounts are being offered.

Discounts can only be redeemed in person at any of the festival box offices.

can I bring children, and are there special prices for them?

Our festival is accessible and inclusive, but we leave it up to parents with small children to read the program and show descriptions. We like to say that Fringe has shows rated G to OMG, but shows are rated All Ages, 7+, 13+, and 18+.

Orlando Fringe does not dictate or set ratings for individual shows. The ratings and warnings are set by individual performers. We do not censor or jury any of their content.

While there are no special prices set for children, kids 12 years old and under are not required to have a festival button, but they must have a ticket.

Babies in arms are permitted, but we ask that you be respectful of the artist and other patrons and leave the theatre should your baby begin to cause a disturbance. We are sorry but re-admission to the theatre will not be allowed once you exit and a refund cannot be made.

when can I buy a ticket to a Patron's pick show?

The top two selling shows from each venue will be declared Patron’s Pick Winner and receive a bonus performance on Memorial Day Monday. The winners will also be celebrated at the Closing Ceremonies.

Tickets for these shows can be purchased as each venue’s pick is announced towards the end of the festival.
