With over 1,000 performances across 14 action-packed days, the schedule is packed tight, so shows will start on time! We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to make sure you don’t miss a thing. Your fellow audience members and the artists will definitely appreciate it! Please note, all ticket sales are final—there are no exchanges or refunds unless a show is canceled by the performer. Also, some artists do allow up to 5 minutes of late entry but, not all shows have late entry. It best to treat every show with the no late entry policy.
